MICHAEL HADLEY – Joint Managing Director.

Michael joined the family company straight from college, and has now been with the company for over 20 years. He has worked in every area of the business, from old core sorting to van sales, and has a wide knowledge of both auto electrical parts and vehicle fitments. 

Michael's main role as MD is to oversee the sales and marketing of all Eurolec product lines, including the Powerlite range of rotating electrics. Along with Jason, he was instrumental in setting up the Powerlite operation, creating both the brand name and logo as well as the initial catalogue and range of parts.


JASON SMITH – Design & Production.

Jason is the technical brain behind the Powerlite operation. Jason has designed and tested every Powerlite unit in our range. He was also responsible for the innovative design of the “Dynalite” - our high performance dynamo replacement.

Jason has been involved in car electrics throughout his working career. After training as a bench auto electrician, he progressed to full vehicle wiring systems, diagnostics and breakdowns. He has been at Eurolec since 1998 where, along with controlling the Powerlite operation, he is also our plant manager and has responsibility for a 30 strong workforce.


ROB MANGER - Sales & Marketing Manager

Rob has had a professional involvement with race and performance road cars stretching back to the early 1980s, competing in many different single seat, GT, and touring cars. Highlights include championship wins and driving at some of Europe’s biggest race meetings and classic events. On the commercial side, Rob has over 25 years of experience, selling components to chassis manufacturers, distributors and end users from the club competitor to professional teams in F1, international touring cars and endurance racing. Still a keen club racer and motorsport enthusiast, Rob has a network of industry contacts and a wealth of product knowledge to benefit customers in all areas of automotive competition, fast road and classic motoring.



Julian has been with the company since 1996 and is responsible for all aspects of parts sales and dispatch. Julian has an incredible, encyclopaedic knowledge of auto electrical parts and vehicle fitments, having been involved in all areas of the Eurolec re-manufacturing operation. 

Customer service is one of Julian's main strengths, and he is held in very high esteem by both his colleagues and customers. His willingness to help customers and provide a solution to their problems has been one of the main reasons behind Eurolec's success over the last 10 years.



Keith joined Eurolec early in 2014 as part of the sales team with Julian, and is already building good working relationships with the growing client base. He has gained good knowledge in all areas of rotating electrics working for Halfords as a sales advisor/department and deputy manager for over 8 years. Keith later worked in the car accident repair industry where again he worked in the customer service side of the business for over 5 years. With all his experience in sales and customer service and his increasing knowledge in the Eurolec and Powerlite product range, will be able to help with the growing success of both brands.
